Where Does Your Spiritual Rubber Meet Your Road?
- For many years now I’ve consciously, actively been on my spiritual journey. It’s been a twisty, curvy kind of off road track, meandering here and there, sloughing it up hills, careening out of control down hills. More

Top Ten Myths about Tarot Cards and Tarot Reading
- Myth 1 - "Tarot cards can predict the future." Predicting the future is not difficult we can all do it. If for example you know someone who is consistently spending more than they earn and paying for it by building up a credit card debt then it's not hard to predict where that one is heading. More

Finding Ultimate Freedom Through Forgiveness
- I’ve heard it said that holding on to unforgiveness is like taking poison while hoping the other person will die. The truth is, unforgiveness punishes you far worse than the person who did you harm. Importance of Birth Charts
- The Sanskrit for Horoscope is “Kundali”. The birth chart or natal chart in Sanskrit is then called “Janma Kundali”. By definition a horoscope depicts the position of all the planets in heaven for given date, time and sun sign. This date and time is critical because planets are in constant motion and their positions are continuously changing. More

Self Help To Anger Management

April 25, 2010 - Anger management is a much misused term and is treated by some as a joke. It`s no laughing matter, however, for those who find that their lives are being badly affected by their uncontrollable outbursts of anger. While this is a natural emotion that we all feel, for many people it has caused them to lose partners and even their jobs.

The first step to controlling your anger is to break the `anger habit`. Yes it is a habit, as much as biting your nails. As soon as something unpleasant happens in your life, those familiar feelings of frustration and resentment begin to rear their ugly heads, and you are so used to them you just go with the flow. The first step is to recognize the situations that bring about these destructive emotions.

A lot of people find that they get these anger outbursts at work. If they ask for a piece of work to be done and it isn`t completed on time and/or is of a sub-standard quality, they fly at the person to blame instead of being constructive. Think about it carefully, you may know what you want and when you want it by, but have you actually told the other person this? Why should they know automatically? If they could read minds they would be on the stage not in an office or a factory. Next time you want anything doing, call in whoever you want to do it and sit them down. Tell them exactly what you want and by when, ask them if they have any questions, and be approachable. Treating people badly at work is akin to bullying, and can get you into serious trouble. More
