Living Consciously
As Raymond Charles Barker wrote in his classic book Treat Yourself To Life: (paraphrased) I have discovered that the rules laid down for the good of humanity and its progress work only when they are interpreted in terms of the inner person, not the outer person. More

Where Does Your Spiritual Rubber Meet Your Road?
- For many years now I’ve consciously, actively been on my spiritual journey. It’s been a twisty, curvy kind of off road track, meandering here and there, sloughing it up hills, careening out of control down hills. More

Top Ten Myths about Tarot Cards and Tarot Reading
- Myth 1 - "Tarot cards can predict the future." Predicting the future is not difficult we can all do it. If for example you know someone who is consistently spending more than they earn and paying for it by building up a credit card debt then it's not hard to predict where that one is heading. More

Finding Ultimate Freedom Through Forgiveness
- I’ve heard it said that holding on to unforgiveness is like taking poison while hoping the other person will die. The truth is, unforgiveness punishes you far worse than the person who did you harm. Chances are they have gone on about their life, clueless to the fact that you are still suffering and full of anger. More

I Have Seen a Miracle. How About You?
- MIRACLES. How do you define a miracle? Striking a 2 Million dollars lottery? Surviving from a lightning strike? Yes, these ARE miracles happening around the globe. But aren't you forgetting another miracle? One that I have seen, heard and even touched it. Now "what is it?" you asked. More

Importance of Birth Charts
- The Sanskrit for Horoscope is “Kundali”. The birth chart or natal chart in Sanskrit is then called “Janma Kundali”. By definition a horoscope depicts the position of all the planets in heaven for given date, time and sun sign. This date and time is critical because planets are in constant motion and their positions are continuously changing. More

How To Deal With Challenges
April 20 - Wherever you are and however much of an adventure you are having, it is safe to say that more than likely that you will be faced with challenges and obstacles on a regular basis. This is what life is made up of. Some of us though seem to have the knack of making it all seem so easy, while others get caught up in the negativity of the challenge and only see problems ahead of them.

Challenges can consume you if you let them. You can, on the other hand choose to focus on your strengths instead and see challenges as a part of life, which is exactly what they are. If you allow yourself to focus on the difficulty of the challenge, that is what's going to grow in size, yet if you focus on solutions for your dilemma, the chances are you will find one or even more possibilities for solving your problem. Through trying times, we do not want to believe that some good can come out of our challenging periods. Yet, if we look back on the difficult times in our lives, whether it be about a relationship, one's business, an addiction, financial problems or other ... have we not learnt more as a result of each challenge? Have we not grown and become stronger, more compassionate human beings? More

Finding an Effective Anxiety Cure That Works
Anxiety Cure That Works

April 5, 2010 - Are you suffering from severe anxiety or panic attacks? Are you sick of being stuck in the endless loop of medication after medication, and seeing no long term results? I’m here to tell you something important… are you ready? Anti-anxiety medication does not work as a cure. It relieves symptoms briefly, but does not provide any lasting effects. In fact, the gruesome side effects (depression, blurred vision, lack of energy, etc.) highly outweigh the good.

It’s time to try something new. It’s time to find an effective anxiety cure that works.

There are over 20 million people in America that have reported their extreme issues with stress and anxiety. We all need to know that there is a better way to get rid of this thing once and for all. One program that has caught my attention recently is The Linden Method. More

Public Speaking Anxiety – 3 Tips on how to overcome anxiety associated with Public Speaking

March 10, 2010 - Are you a very quiet and normally shy individual? Has speaking in front of a group of people been something that you usually have avoided? To the inexperienced person, stepping in front of a microphone and making a speech to an audience can be a very stressful ordeal. The notion of public speaking anxiety is very real to the person who will be addressing an audience for the first time ever. Please be aware that it is something that you can overcome, ahead of time.

If you have never given a public speech before, it could overwhelm your thought patterns if you allow it to. The worst thing that you could do would be to allow fearful, imaginary, and negative thoughts to completely invade your mind about speaking in public. You could imagine the negative thought in which you simply forget what you intend to say mid-way through your speech. You could even imagine horribly that the speech will not be well-received by the audience; with little applause after you finish speaking. As your mind becomes consumed with these negative thoughts, your brain and central nervous system both become over-stimulated. If it gets entirely out of control, you could easily have a devastating anxiety attack before the actual speech. More
